We send periodic emails to inform customers of our latest products, offers and services. At online check out or when you are creating an account, we will give you the option to opt-out of these emails. If you would like to avoid receiving mail you have not specifically asked for you can register with the Mail Preferences Service (MPS). Companies are legally obliged to run their campaigns against this list and this should help reduce the materials you receive through your door. Their information can be found at:http://www.mpsonline.org.uk/mpsr/
How long do we keep your data?
As a retailer in the interiors industry, we are fortunate to have loyal customers who continue to purchase from us over many years. The nature of interiors products is that the repeat buying cycle can be a long one and at this point in time we evidence that customers who haven’t bought for many years are likely to repeat purchase. For this reason we will retain customer data for 10 years. This retention period will be reviewed annually to ensure we are serving our customers in the best possible manner.
