Marketing by us

We like to keep in touch with our customers so, from time to time we’ll send you catalogues, special offers and promotions by post and email. Under data protection law, it is considered a legitimate business interest for us to use our customers’ details for direct marketing, so it is our intention to do so. We appreciate not everyone wants to receive emails or post so if you’d rather not, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Emails

We send periodic emails to inform customers of our latest products, offers and services. At online check out or when you are creating an account, we will give you the option to opt-out of these emails. If you are signed up and, at any time you change your mind, you can unsubscribe from our emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. This will remove you from our email database. If you are a registered customer on our website, you will be able to manage your marketing preferences in your online account.

If you would like to avoid receiving mail you have not specifically asked for you can register with the Mail Preferences Service (MPS). Companies are legally obliged to run their campaigns against this list and this should help reduce the materials you receive through your door. Their information can be found at:http://www.mpsonline.org.uk/mpsr/

How long do we keep your data?

As a retailer in the interiors industry, we are fortunate to have loyal customers who continue to purchase from us over many years. The nature of interiors products is that the repeat buying cycle can be a long one and at this point in time we evidence that customers who haven’t bought for many years are likely to repeat purchase. For this reason we will retain customer data for 10 years. This retention period will be reviewed annually to ensure we are serving our customers in the best possible manner.
