Our standard charge for 2 to 3 day delivery is £3.95
We offer 24 hour delivery for £4.95
All parcels sent by courier must be signed for on delivery. In the event that this is not possible, yours goods may be sent back to the local depot and a collection card left for you.
We occasionally offer exclusive FREE DELIVERY to our email subscribers. This offer applies to standard UK mainland delivery only and is one use per customer, excludes trade orders.
How long will my goods take to be delivered?
We aim to deliver within the UK 3–5 working days. (Excludes orders containing bespoke items, cut fabric or furniture.) We are unable to specify a particular delivery time, however if your item is being delivered by courier you will receive an email with a tracking link and your local depot information.
During peak times (Sales, Black Friday and Christmas) delivery may take longer. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to enquire about the status of a delivery.
Please note if an item is temporarily out of stock, your entire order may be held until we receive all items.
At Ceylon Studios we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We understand however that occasionally you may want to return items.
1. RETURNING ITEMS:
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please include your name and order reference, and send to:

2. DAMAGED ITEMS:
Any damages to your order must be notified to us within 72 hours of receipt via email or letter. It will expedite resolution if you are able to include photographs of the damaged items. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. FAULTY ITEMS:
If you are returning a faulty item we will deal with your enquiry on a case by case basis. We will of course endeavour to replace the item, however if we no longer stock the item we will either find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on the following items:
1. Unwanted items returned after 28 days from the day of receipt.
2. Damaged items not notified to us by email within 72 hours of receipt
This does not affect your statutory rights.
